Refunds and Returns
If you have any issues with your order, shipment, or medication, you must call the GeniusRx team at (888) 481-1020 within 72-hours.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Refunds and Returns
Per pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept prescriptions for return or refund once they have shipped.
Please inspect all orders upon receipt. If there are any discrepancies with your order, you must notify GeniusRx within 72 hours.
Changes to your order
If you order a medication and your physician prescribes a different medication, i.e. a different strength or quantity, we will notify you via email.
Order Quantity Limits
There are multiple factors that contribute to the minimum and maximum quantities that can be dispensed. The maximum quantity is dependent on what the prescriber authorizes on the prescription. By-in-large, we do not dispense more than a 90-day supply. However, certain medications have clinical or regulatory quantity limits and may be less than what was ordered online or prescribed by your provider. If this occurs, the pharmacy will notify you.
For any questions regarding quantity limits on purchases, please email us at [email protected]
In the rare event that the carrier loses your shipment, please contact the pharmacy to arrange for a replacement order.
If you or someone acting on your behalf provided the wrong shipping address and the package is not delivered to you as a result, you will be responsible for paying for a new prescription drug along with the full cost of shipping and handling. The pharmacy will review a recording or a written or electronic record in order to ensure the shipping address initially provided was the shipping address used by the mail carrier.
Refused delivery re-shipments are NOT eligible for any free shipping or fixed-rate shipping promotions.
How our pricing works.
We are a pharmacy that sells prescription drugs based on our acquisition costs. We offer pricing direct to consumers without any insurance or third party payor involved.
It is not easy and kind of complicated, but the result is worth it: The most affordable pharmacy experience in the United States. We have spent the last two years literally “breaking” pharmacy norms. We have developed a complex algorithm that shops our licensed wholesalers, per Generic Identifier Code (“GPI”), in order to find which licensed wholesaler is offering which FDA-approved prescription drug at the lowest price per unit at any given time. We then provide those prices to our customers in real time.
To add a layer of complexity, we are doing this in a live commodity market.
You see, prescription drugs are commodities. Only so many are made at a time, so the value and the available stock changes daily. This means that when our customer is buying prescription drugs from us, we are technically bidding in real-time, like on a stock exchange, against other pharmacies in the United States for that same drug.
We leverage our size, buying power, and other “tools” to offer almost every prescription drug available, even if one of our wholesalers runs out. We do this by creating a virtual marketplace. For example, if we sell out of Teva Rosuvastatin Calcium 20mg tablets at $0.20 per tablet, you may notice a few minutes later that it has reappeared at $0.25 or $0.19 per tablet or that the Teva-manufactured tablet page is gone and now it is the Sun Pharma Global-manufactured Rosuvastatin Calcium 20mg tablet page. What we are doing is shopping on your behalf. We are shopping various bottle sizes (like 100 or 1,000 pills) and various manufacturers from multiple wholesalers in order to find the best deals for our customers.
Our pricing algorithms are designed to get you the cheapest pricing possible. Period.
We do not offer discounts.
We do not charge you based on the “list price” published by manufacturers. In fact, if they stopped publishing them, it would not affect our pricing whatsoever. Since we do not charge the “list prices” of manufacturers, we do not need to discount our drug prices.
We are not a “pharmaceutical wholesaler.”
We do not sell anything to any other pharmacy. Period. We do not sell anything in bulk. We are not a distributor.

Generic Price Match Guarantee
In some cases, GeniusRx will match the cash price for generic prescription drugs that meet the following criteria:
The drug is not a “brand” drug.
The drug meets our dispensing formulary guidelines found in our Terms of Service .
The drug is not a controlled substance.
The price is a cash pay price, not a discount card, or any type of insurance-derived pricing (copay, coupon, or coinsurance) or from any type of membership-required wholesale club. We are able to obtain the price.
If the price match request meets the above guidelines GeniusRx will reach out to the competing pharmacy and verify the price. The pharmacy must verify the price in order for it to be honored.
For more information regarding Price Matching, please contact our pharmacy (800) 964-9654 .
